Bra is more comfortable padded arm or sports bras, and why should we wear bra?

I am thirteen years I began to walk a size 34B bra.My and I feel comfortable wearing normal arm, I think sports bra will better.Pls help:)

Use a bra is really more of a social convention than anything else. Most women feel more comfortable wearing one, if anyone can tell or not. There are few (or no) evidence that wearing a regular bra during normal activity prevent sagging. During sport or other activity can help you. So do what you feel comfortable.
